FOAM PRODUCTS / MARINE DECKING
Textured foam decking for boat floors, cockpit areas and swim platforms.
AITO EVA Marine Mat provides a cushioned surface over rigid boat decking. Available as full sheets or shaped panels, it combines textured finishes, contrasting foam layers and adhesive backing options for new builds and refit projects.
The foam layer gives a softer contact surface than bare rigid decking. A brushed or patterned face provides texture underfoot, while grooves in a two-tone construction reveal the contrasting lower layer. Faux-teak lines create a plank-style appearance without timber strips.
Sheets suit workshops that measure and cut locally. Drawing-based panels suit projects with defined outlines, hatch divisions and fitting positions. The material can be supplied through the processing stages your workshop needs.
Compare the surface patterns and quote the T-number with your enquiry. Texture and colour are separate selections.
Photographs show the sample textures. Match the final colour and surface to an approved physical sample.
The standard sheet is 6 mm thick. The reference constructions below show single-layer and laminated options; availability is confirmed with the selected texture and construction.

AITO supplies full sheets for your workshop or panels prepared to a deck layout. Specify only the processing stages you need.
Send a dimensioned drawing or measured template with panel outlines, borders, hatch divisions, groove direction and hardware cutouts. Identify each part and state the quantity. Photos help explain the installation area; dimensions define the cut.
Dry-fit the cut panels before removing the release liner. Check hatch operation, seams, fittings and drainage. Prepare the deck and apply the mat according to the selected adhesive instructions. Textured or coated surfaces need an adhesion check before full installation.
For routine cleaning, use water and a soft brush, then rinse the surface. Check cleaner compatibility on a spare sample before using a cleaning product.
Yes. Sheets can be cut to a measured template. For AITO-cut panels, send a dimensioned drawing with hatch divisions, borders and hardware cutouts.
Quote the T-number, top colour and lower-layer colour. Add the required thickness, sheet quantity or panel layout, and whether adhesive backing is needed.
These substrates can be reviewed for fitting. Surface coatings, existing deck texture and adhesive choice affect the bond, so check the actual surface before installation.
The standard thickness is 6 mm. Other single-layer and laminated constructions are reviewed against the selected texture, colour and finished panel requirements.
Request a sample of the selected construction to check texture, colour, firmness and backing. Sample terms and production timing are confirmed for the order.
