CR / neoprene foam is supplied as sheet material for textile lamination and panel cutting. The laminated foam forms the flexible core of wetsuits, waders, boot linings and sports supports.
For garment and support projects, select the thickness and textile construction together. The grade data does not specify a finished garment temperature rating, diving depth or medical performance.

AITO supplies raw Neoprene / CR foam sheets and laminated material for converters making wetsuit panels, sports supports, waders and boot linings.
AITO processing services: Grooving, slitting, lamination, CNC cutting, waterjet cutting, wire cutting, oscillating-knife cutting, strip cutting, cut-to-size work and die cutting.
The cutting method is selected for the material, thickness and drawing. Material and panel supply supports your own garment or component production. Finished sewn products are not included in this material specification.
Raw CR sheets for textile laminators, wetsuit-material converters and soft-goods manufacturers. Specify the required split thickness, sheet dimensions, textile facing and lamination construction.
Send the required thickness, dimensions, tolerances and any adhesive or lamination construction.
AITO supplies foam sheets and can discuss fabric-lamination requirements. Converters and garment manufacturers carry out pattern cutting, sewing and finished-product assembly.
CR grades are listed as CR rubber foam. SCR grades are CR/SBR blends with a stated 15%, 30% or 50% CR content. Match the composition required by the specification.
CR-170 has a higher published density and Shore C hardness range, and a tensile strength limit of >1300 kPa compared with >1200 kPa for CR-140.
No. The -60 ~ +180 °C entry is specific to CR-200. A service-temperature range is not published for CR-140 or CR-170 in the current catalog.
